Based in Hamilton at the Cabernet Foods Distribution Centre, Brian oversees the commercial activities of the business focusing on new product development, warehousing, logistics and processing.

Brian has a lifelong passion for farming and working in the meat industry. From experience as a butcher and meat processing in New Zealand and Australia, through to meat inspection for the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and export management. Brian established Cabernet Foods and Kintyre Meats in 2002 alongside his brother Lyndon, continuing a proud family tradition.

Brian’s study in this industry includes a Diploma in Meat Technology at Massey University and completed the Institute of Food and Grocery Management Executive Program in Melbourne in 2014.
