Cabernet Foods Education Fundraising

“We’ll supply the sausages – you rake in the cash!”

Cabernet Foods is a family-owned, Wairarapa-based company and we like to provide some support to the local community where we can. One way we can do this is by helping you out with your fundraising.

If you’re a school or other educational institution in the Wairarapa area we can provide you with some tasty sausages to put on your fundraising sausage sizzle. Cook them up, put them in some bread with mustard or tomato sauce, maybe some onions if you want the traditional taste, and watch the cash come in …

Our locally supplied suasages can be collected from our Masterton chiller. You’ll need to find sponsors for the other ingredients though, or buy them of course. All we ask in return is that you put some signage up at your fundraising location and send us a couple of photos of your set-up – we’ll even provide you with a handsome branded apron so your chef will look the part. Oh, and we’ll need your permission to use your photos on this website. That’s it!

If this sounds like you, use the application form opposite and we’ll consider your request. Sponsorship sausages are limited – get your application in nice and early so you don’t miss out.

Make sure you check out our Sponsorship Terms & Conditions too.

Best of luck with your fundraising!

Here are some comments.

“All of us here at Martinborough Kindergarten would like to say a huge thank you for your sponsorship of sausages. Round the Vines was a big successand once again we were really impressed by the quality of the sausages. We raised $1,100 which will go towards our big project of replacing our safety surface. We really appreciate your support for both of the fundraising events, the Pukemanu Bullride and Round the Vines.

“On Saturday the troops at House of Travel donned their aprons and fired up the barbie. It didn’t take long before the money started rolling in. It was truly amazing to see how supportive and generous the local businesses were and how eager the local people were to support such a deserving cause such as Hospice.”
