Lyndon Everton
Lyndon EvertonManaging Director, Processing & Procurement
Lyndon was Educated at Tarahathi Agricultural college and has a Massey University Degree in Agriculture.

Lyndon entered the livestock trade 20 years ago. Prior to starting Cabernet Foods and Kintyre Meats in 2003 he worked on a Montana beef ranch and at a hill country station, Ngamatea.

Lyndon is based at the Wairarapa head office. His primary role is production control, planning for customer specification to deliver a product in specification and on time. He also works on new business development for toll processors and livestock supply arrangements while also taking care of the in-house company governance.

Brian Everton
Brian EvertonManaging Director, Distribution & Sales
Brian has spent a lifetime in the meat industry, moving from farming in the Horowhenua to meat inspection for what was then M.A.F.

After completing a butcher’s apprenticeship, Brian was a relief butcher for Woolworths NZ, working all around New Zealand in that capacity.

After spending some time working in processing facilities in NSW, Australia, Brian returned to his homeland to complete a Diploma in Meat Technology at Massey University and joining Lake View in Horowhenua. He has been at Cabernet Foods since its inception in 2002.

Based at the Hamilton distribution centre, Brian overseas the Northern regions sales area and additionally works on new product development.

Trevor Brooker
Trevor BrookerHead of Sales
Originally from Hastings, Trevor is now based in Levin from where he manages Cabernet Foods’ national sales team.

Trevor has been with the Evertons for 50 years, working in the family’s various meat-related businesses. This longevity has given Trevor both a wealth of knowledge and a raft of important relationships within the industry.

Trevor’s day-to-day role is specifically to look after our Wellington region clients as well as overseeing the sales team across the rest of New Zealand.
