Based in the Wairarapa, Lyndon oversees all the Groups operations, with a focus on production and logistics control, livestock supply arrangements and business relationships.

Lyndon has over 25 years of experience working on both sides of the farm gate. Prior to establishing Cabernet Foods and Kintyre Meats in 2002, Lyndon worked on North Island high country stations through to big sky country in Montana.

Having studied at Taratahi Agricultural Training College, Massey University (Diploma Agriculture) and Auckland University (ICE House) Lyndon combines his education and hands-on experience with a strong family background in farming and meat processing.
